Of course you can! But before you hit the join button you'll have to fill out an application, with your character in compliance with the character creation guidelines and then you link your app when you join and bam~

Yes you can! But, currently we want both academies to fill, so one per academy, or one angel and one devil.

I Believe if you're referring to the new ones; They've been changed. We all use the same app now.
